Terms and Conditions — BN777 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the BN777 platform at bn777.vu — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, the Android app or the iOS progressive web app. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their authorisation to do so and that they are also bound by these terms.

BN777 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at bn777.vu/terms-conditions with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use BN777, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on BN777 or have had a previous account closed for violation of these terms.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial or professional advantage.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a BN777 employee, where such participation would present a conflict of interest.

BN777 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on BN777. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names or through proxy registrations — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. BN777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.

BN777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, transfer or gift your account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Deposits

All deposits on BN777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer via IBFT, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. BN777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — for example, you cannot deposit using a JazzCash account registered to a family member. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and to ensure financial accountability within the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing in most cases. In the event of a delay, allow up to 24 hours before contacting support.
• BN777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error or under duplicate transactions may be reversed at BN777's discretion after investigation.

BN777 applies standard anti-money laundering checks to all deposits. Unusually large or frequent deposits may trigger additional verification requirements. This is a routine compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional identity verification.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours during business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be approved for the portion of your balance derived from bonus funds.
• BN777 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal. Requested documents must be submitted within 7 days or the withdrawal request may be cancelled and returned to your account balance.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if BN777 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched by BN777, the time taken for funds to appear in your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account depends on the processing time of the respective payment provider. BN777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BN777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL season or T20 tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all BN777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. BN777 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at expiry will be removed from your account.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on BN777 covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets as made available on the platform. All bets are placed and settled in PKR. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on BN777:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. BN777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during significant match events such as wickets, injuries or weather interruptions.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• BN777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event through the pre-match betting interface may be voided at BN777's discretion.

For casino games, fish games and bingo, each game operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. All game outcomes on BN777 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. BN777 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

8. Fair Play Policy

BN777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, play games or perform any platform action without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known error must be reported to support and may be reversed.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing or insider betting on cricket, PSL or any other sport available on the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the BN777 platform — depositing, generating minimal gaming activity and withdrawing as a means of processing money through the platform.

BN777 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, abnormal win rates and suspicious account activity. Where such patterns are detected, BN777 may request additional verification, restrict withdrawals pending investigation or suspend the account while the investigation is carried out.
